| Rate: For the most part, deck repair falls under the "handyman" category, but because these jobs typically take a few days, we'll give a estimate of the labor. Your final charge may be less, but it won't be more. | |
| Rate: There is no minimum charge for powerwashing decks, patios, & fences. We simplify things by going with a $0.75 per sq.ft. charge. We will factor steps & landings into our estimate. We do include railings & spindles free of charge with the washing of the walking area. | |
| Any job can be done to match your specifications. Generally, an interior room of the house is painted using three (3) colors. The ceiling & closets are painted using a shade of white in a flat-finish. The walls are painted using the customer-selected color for the room. Most times, this will also be a flat-finish. The molding & doors are painted in a color to complement the ceiling or walls. Molding & doors are usually painted using a semi-gloss finish to allow for easy cleaning. Other finishes for any of the surfaces can be used at the customer's discretion. All interior paint jobs include general set-up & clean-up. Set-up consists of wall repair, sanding, & cleaning, as well as laying drop-clothes to protect the carpet & any furniture that has been left in the room. | |
| Rate: Depending on the desired color combinations, as well as finishes, chosen to complete the room, our rate would be between $2.00-2.50 per sq.ft. Square-footage is determined by using the dimensions of the floor. For example, a 12'x12' room would equal 144 sq.ft., thus costing $288 + supplies to paint a room at our most inexpensive rate. | |
| Discounts: We are happy to offer discounts on additional rooms that are painted using the same color combinations as the initial room. | |
